Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest of quality standards.
On receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size, style, and item number are what you ordered.
If we have made an error, we will correct our error as quickly and efficiently as possible at no additional charge. If any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will immediately replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.
Please review these guidelines:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product.
- Products being returned must be in new condition, and in original packaging. For health and sanitary safety, no open packages may be returned.
- All Returns must be shipped back to our main warehouse
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged and the customer will pay for return shipping if it was their error or they changed their mind.
- You must contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have RA numbers listed on the box.
- If PuppyPadDepot.com is in error on the original order that necessitated the exchange, we will pay shipping charges both ways (returning incorrect product and then shipping the correct product).

- Your name, address, daytime telephone number
- The item number or numbers – product name and size
- If you prefer a refund, credit or exchange
- If exchange, please specify product number you want in exchange
